Database

Extension error pgvector not installed CREATE EXTENSION vector;
Poor recall Index lists too low Recreate vector index with higher lists

General Techniques

  • Increase log verbosity (temporarily adjust level to Debug)
  • Run minimal provider only to isolate
  • Validate environment variables
